Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Shipping And Handling
Alakazam Magic ensures that your item arrives promptly and will be fully insure in the unfortunate event that your item is lost or damaged while on route to you.
For overseas orders we charge a rate of 20% or order value with a minimum charge of $10. Postage for US orders is charged at 10% and is free for all orders over $50.
Refunds/Returns Policy
Please note we only exchange or refund items that are faulty as part of your magic purchase is the secret your are buying. If your item appears to be faulty please contact us with information regarding the problem and we will assist you in anyway you can. If the item is deemed to faulty we will advise you on the best way to return it to us.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and are not stored at all by us.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction but please note We ONLY exchange goods that are faulty, and not for any other reason. Remember that when you buy magic you are buying the secret as well as the prop.
